CREATING STAR TRAINERS & TEACHERS

We use active learning tools to create a learning “funnel” that allows knowledge to flow effectively from our senior club trainers to teachers in schools. Each school assigns two teachers as Environmental Education (EE) Club Coordinators, who regularly attend club sessions and bring new skills and knowledge back to their classrooms.

To support our trainers, we provide essential resources such as laptops, airtime, and transport allowances, ensuring they are equipped to lead and inspire.

Training & Support

The EE Club Coordinators and our trainers receive ongoing training programs to help them grow in both knowledge and confidence. These sessions focus on environmental awareness, facilitation skills, and practical tools for teaching life skills and sustainability topics.

Team Meetings

We hold monthly team meetings where the past month’s activities are reviewed, new skills are introduced, and plans for the upcoming lessons are prepared together. This creates a sense of unity and shared purpose within the team.

Motivation & Recognition

We believe in celebrating effort and excellence. That’s why we recognize outstanding performance with awards like Trainer or Coordinator of the Year, a small way to say thank you to those who go above and beyond in empowering their students and communities.

Together, through consistent support and shared learning, we strengthen the impact of environmental education in schools across the region.
